Integral Coaching is based in vertical development rather than horizontal improvement. Horizontal improvement means we become more efficient but as individuals we change very little. Sometimes we need to improve horizontally, however this falls short of deep, lasting, positive change. In short; horizontal improvement is a quick fix where as vertical development is sustaining growth. Vertical development means that we become more present, have more connection to ourselves and others, have more patience, courage, openness, and can respond with more freedom and creativity Integral Coaching is a holistic approach. Integral means taking the whole person into account as well as their context, rather than addressing one aspect of a topic in isolation from its context. Therefore, Integral Coaching is a comprehensive approach that is extremely effective in helping individuals to take new approaches to life’s challenges.
“We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are.”
The Integral Coaching program will help you to develop skills through the practices and exercises personally designed for you to create long-term change.
Identify Beliefs and Actions That Are Holding You Back: Many times, it is our own ingrained belief system and daily practices that limit us from actualizing our goals and intentions. 1-on-1 coaching can provide you with a fresh perspective on both a professional and personal level, allowing you to address those self-sabotaging beliefs that hold you back.
Ongoing Personal Support: Coaching provides compassionate support, objective insight, and comprehensive developmental practices to assist in accomplishing meaningful and sustainable change. Through our collaborative process, you are invited to explore possibilities and learn new ways to realize your potential.
Sustainable, Long-Lasting Change: Intentions and insights on their own do not provide the skills required for lasting change. What enables productive deep-rooted change is taking different actions. The insights that occur during your session and during your practices become embodied through your actions. The goal is to continue the practices until they become a new way of being.
I invite all potential clients to participate in a 30- minute consultation.
This is a conversation where we will get to know one another and discuss your interest in receiving coaching. The conversation can take place over the phone or virtually. After the meeting, you will know if proceeding feels like a good fit for you; and I will know if your particular issue would benefit from coaching. This process will allow us to put our best foot forward if we choose to enter into a coaching relationship.
