What Is A Vision Board?

  • Its collage that represents things you would like to manifest in your life, can focus on something specific like career, goals for the year, getting more organized, or even a long held dream. Or it can encompass desires such as work-life balance, building confidence, or more serenity. This is an exercise that helps put intentions into action and it’s truly effective and fun!

  • To kick off the vision board party, we start with introductions and intentions. Attendees state what they hope to achieve with their vision board. Everyone works on their board while chatting and enjoying light snacks and drinks.
  • Individuals who are interested, break off from the group and have a private confidential 1:1 mini coaching session that will help give more insight and ideas on how to put their intentions into action.
