How It Works::

  • Start with a free consultation phone call to explore fit.
  • Select a Package & Proceed with Intake and Assessment and the creation of your Personalized Coaching Program .
  • An in-person session to receive your Coaching Plan that we work from for the duration of your program. Follow-up sessions can be virtual or in-person.
  • Final reflection session with next-step options.

THE FLOW OF AN INTEGRAL COACHING PROGRAM: AN IN-DEPTH LOOK


STEP 1: INTAKE AND ASSESSMENT SESSION:

We discuss the issues you would like to work on, and I gather global information about you and your current context (e.g., your home life, relationships, professional life). This helps me to get an integral and holistic sense of you in the context of your primary coaching topic, and provides me with the information I need to design your comprehensive coaching program.

STEP 2: INITIAL COACHING CONVERSATION AND DELIVERY OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

In this session, I offer a proposed assessment and a new way of seeing your situation through the presentation of a development plan designed specifically for you and your focus topic. This plan includes the Purpose and Outcomes of our work together. If my proposal speaks to you and your ultimate goals, I continue with this proposal to design your final Development Plan. If you feel that my assessment doesn’t align with your goals, we revise the coaching plan. The Development Plan will include activities for you to practice and “try on” in order to build your personal development. We will work together to create and implement best-fit practices that will continue to evolve throughout the coaching engagement.

STEP 3:ONGOING SUPPORT AS YOU ENGAGE WITH YOUR PLAN

We meet in person or virtually an average of twice a month for the designated length of your coaching program. During these sessions we will discuss your progress and breakdowns in engaging with your coaching plan, as well as your overall development of where you are at in the moment. Change happens over time, and there can be both excitement and frustration along the way. In the coaching process we continue to inquire and reflect on your situation. I support you by holding space for your process, offering accountability for building new skills, offer insights, distinctions, and recommendations in our work together.

STEP 4: COMPLETION

At the end of our designated coaching agreement, our last session is designed for reflection of the progress you have made, with a focus on your new competencies. We discuss how you will continue to develop, handle anticipated challenges, and sustain your network of support going forward. There are options to continue with or return to coaching as needed.
